"Harusame" – aged Awamori (Kosyu) that has gained tremendous support from enthusiastic Awamori fans.

At Miyasato Sake Brewery, through repeated research and development, Awamori "Harusame Blue" was born, which brought out the taste of aged Awamori by aging for a relatively short period of time.

Aging period is about 3 years. A wonderful aroma that is a mixture of a gentle sweet aroma and a mild steamed rice aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the soft sweetness and umami spread in the refined and clear liquor quality that is typical of “Harusame”.
