Yeast is added to koji and water to ferment it, and atmospheric distillation is used to bring out the goodness of moromi. Therefore, the undiluted Sake contains abundant flavor components, and a delicious shochu was made. It was named after "Yasunosuke Futa", the founder of "Tsūjun Bridge", an important cultural property of Japan, and the god of rice.
