Lento is rare, brown sugar shochu made using the underflow water of Mt. Yuwan, the sacred mountain on Amami Oshima Island.

Lento is produced with classical music and sold in Amami blue bottles.

This brown sugar shochu is matured using a method called acoustic aging, in which certain acoustic vibrations are transmitted to the storage tank to promote aging.
Acoustic aging is a method of having shochu age slowly in a cradle with music.
Lento is aged for about three months, exposed to classical music by great composers such as Mozart, Beethoven and Vivaldi, which is converted into vibrations by the tank-mounted transducer.
This process creates a mellow, gentle taste and rich flavor.

Can enjoy pairing with various dishes, and can also use it for cocktails!

Exactly.
It's a Shochu with a gentle taste, so we'd like many people to try 'LENTO.'

Sugar Free

The softly fragrant brown sugar is pleasantly sweet, and the taste is mellow.

Thank you very much for the review.

Because the fermentation is carried out with the power of sugar, there is no sugar in the ingredients of shochu. I was surprised too at first.
