Interesting Shochu

Although it is sugar Shochu, it has a rich taste that is not sweet. On the other hand, it has a pleasant sweet aroma.

Thank you very much for the review, Hannah!

Because the fermentation is carried out with the power of sugar, there is no sugar in the ingredients of shochu. I was surprised too at first.
